Where an order is for items that are in stock, we will process that order and dispatch the same day if the order is received before 12pm. We process orders on Mon,Tues,Weds,Thurs and Friday only til Midday (12pm).

Where an order contains an item that is out of stock we will contact you to advise on the expected delivery time if this is going to be longer than 10 working days and offer you an alternative product or refund.

To help reduce the cost of fraud and keep our prices low we can only ship to the cardholders address and require a signature on delivery.
